Infused Caramel Apples

Ingredients: 

  • 7 small granny smith apples (~ 21/4 lbs) 

  • 15 oz. store bought caramels (We like Werther’s Chewy. Kraft works too.) 

  • 3 Tbsp heavy cream 

  • Your favorite toppings (sprinkles, chopped nuts, candies or pretzels, etc) 

  • 7 Popsicle sticks 

Instructions: 

Rinse apples well and dry. Insert a popsicle stick in each. 

Heat caramels and cream in saucepan over low heat stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Use your Dablicator™ oil applicator to add desired amount of oil. Recipe makes 7 apples; so 2 black lines (~110mg) of 80% THC oil comes out to ~12mg of *THC per apple. Start low. Go slow. 

Dip and rotate apples until coated. Let excess run off and wipe bottom on pan edge. Immediately roll in toppings before caramel sets. 

Place dipped apples on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Pro tip: spray parchment with cooking spray first 

Put apples in refrigerator to cool — at least 30 minutes, then enjoy.
