Beef Tacos & Infused Salsa

Ingredients (Tacos):

  • 1 lb ground beef (or plant-based alt.)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (adjust to heat preference)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 6 small corn or flour tortillas

  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, crumbled queso fresco or shredded cheese, lime wedges

Ingredients (SALSA):

  • 4 ripe Roma tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 jalapeño, deseeded and minced (leave seeds for more heat)

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)

  • Your favorite Dablicator™ oil applicator

Instructions (TACOS):

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (about 6-8 mins).

  2. Stir in paprika, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 2–3 more minutes so the flavors deepen.

  3. Quickly heat tortillas in a pan or wrap them in foil and warm in the oven.

  4. Spoon beef into each tortilla, then top with lettuce, onion, cilantro, cheese, and a squeeze of lime.

Instructions (Salsa):

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt and oil from your Dablicator™ oil applicator. Remember, 1 black line on your device is equal to ~25mg of oil dispensed. Start low, go slow. Let the salsa sit for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

  2. For a smoother texture, pulse the salsa in a blender 2–3 times.

  3. Serve chilled or room temp with your tacos!
