Infused Chocolate Strawberry Recipe
Ingredients:
30 strawberries (ripe)
10 oz baking chocolate (we like the Ghirardelli brand)
Dablicator™ oil applicator from your favorite brand
Instructions:
Wash, rinse, and dry your strawberries. Make sure they are dried well.
Use a double boiler to melt your chocolate:
Fill the pan a quarter full with water and bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
Add the full bag of chocolate (10 oz) to the top portion.
Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
Use your Dablicator™ oil applicator to add the desired amount of oil. This recipe makes 30 strawberries; so 2 black lines (~110mg) of 80% THC/CBD oil comes out to ~3mg of THC/CBD per strawberry. Start low. Go slow.
Stir well so the oil is consistently mixed throughout the chocolate.
Dip and rotate strawberries until coated.
Optional: add toppings such as crushed nuts, candies, or cookies.
Place dipped strawberries on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Put strawberries in the refrigerator to cool for at least 30 minutes, then enjoy.
